We are hiring an energetic team of Contact Center Representatives to help grow and increase the Nutri-Lawn customer experience.

This position is responsible for responding to handling customer inquiries and providing product and service information.
**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Customer service or sales - 2 years (preferred)
- English proficient
- Quick learner, confident with client interactions
- Communicate accurately and effectively with customers
- Confident working with Microsoft Office suite and Windows operating system
- Effective time management skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Additional pay:
- Bonus pay

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:

- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Call center: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
