Responsibilities

  • What you'll do
  • You will work closely with prospective customers as a trusted advisor to identify their supply chain challenges and goals.
  • Could you look over the sales pipeline to identify and target the highest-potential opportunities?
  • Develop new business opportunities through effective pipeline management.
  • Work closely with Operations to secure new business.
  • Meet & exceed your close rate ratio to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to bring the best service(s) to our customers.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (Writing / Reading).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Logistics & Transportation Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Ocean as well as Air freight.
  • Knowledge and experience in implementing International Solutions operationally.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong telephone skills and etiquette, and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with data collection and order entry
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Book of business is a plus.
