**1 **Responsibilities**

**Assist in developing a strategy for the specific customer base and coordinating the selling function through the Sales Manager by integrating him/her as required to help win profitable business.**

Confirm customer orders and service complaints, as well as follow ups on shipping dates, tracing and proof of delivery.

Be proactive in responding to & following up on all sales leads from salesforce

Implement projects that improve the service to our customers.

Build client awareness of which Recochem products and services best meets customer needs.

Up-sell and cross-sell to increase overall sales and profitability.

Perform Retail Surveys, store vists, attend sales conferences and trade shows as required

Analyze sales data and trends to track performance to KPIs

Develop sales and customer update presentations

**Customer Service liaison between Recochem And Customers internal and external.**

Processing, entering and maintaining orders secured by phone, mail, EDI, fax, from salesmen and customers.

Making additions/conditions to orders already placed.

Contact customers to inform them of back orders.

**Identify new opportunities for each individual customer or for a specific customer base, and develop a plan, in conjunction with the Sales Manager, to secure the business by providing an innovating product or value added service to differentiate our offering.**

Develop a competitive database including pricing, product offering, packaging and locations of our competitors.

Fill out new customer information forms for updating Customer Master File. Also fill out form for any additional customer ship-to’s.

Advise customers on discontinued items.

Advise customers on changes in packaging.

Advise shipping dept of customer priorities.

Designate correct transport company, as per routing guide, to minimize freight costs.

Produce and update contract pricing and distribute to all customers.

Call customers regarding delinquent pick-ups and advise shipping of new pick up dates.

Verify that all orders have written price confirmations.

**Back up to other ISR’s, DEF Sales Coordinator and designated Field Representatives.**

Perform all other duties as designated by the sales manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
