Milton, Canada Hybrid X inc Full time

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new customer relationships, managing a sales pipeline, and helping clients find the right freight solutions for their shipping needs. You will play a critical role in the growth of our business and the satisfaction of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the freight and logistics industry
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and supply chain managers
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs
- Prepare and deliver pricing quotes and freight solutions tailored to client needs
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth freight movements
- Maintain accurate records using CRM software

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in freight brokerage or logistics sales required
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- Existing client book of business is a plus

**Compensation**:

- Competitive base salary
- Commission structure

Pay: $44,435.10-$106,286.78 per year

Schedule:
