**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts.
- Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements.
- Collaborate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure service excellence.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **3 years of sales experience** in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation.
- Strong understanding of North American trucking and supply chain operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
