Call Centre Sales Agent (Full Time) - Remote Position
Primary Purpose
Receive and process client phone orders, inquiries, and/or issues covering items or products ordered. Accountable for meeting sales targets associated with Linde Canada sleep business.
Key Accountabilities
- Educate clients and fit for CPAP Therapy equipment
- Meet store sales and margin targets, working with Territory Manager and Customer Service Team
- Work with Sleep Labs to ensure client therapy needs are met and government billing forms are completed and submitted in a timely manner
- Perform customer service activities including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, tracing order status or product shipments and resolving problems
- Work with vendors to educate all staff on CPAP therapy products
- Accountable for providing complete and accurate account set-up and pricing data and ensures ongoing accuracy of customer information
- The successful candidate will help support the Territory Managers, balancing time between inside sales and customer service duties along with helping the team to achieve a targeted sales budget.
- Collection of payments to ensure customer accounts are current
Education
Required Qualifications:
- High School Graduate
Experience
- A work history focusing on customer satisfaction is a pre-requisite
- Must have the ability to "up sell"
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
- Customer Service Excellence
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and computer skills
- Drive to exceed sales and margin targets
- Time management skills, able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Results oriented, organized, and able to set priorities and follow through on tasks
- Manage relationships with current and new customers, as well as referral sources
- A commitment to safety is a must and the desire and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and capable of working with minimum supervision
- A safety conscious team player who works well with others
