**Position Overview**:
As a core member of the Lubecore Sales and Service Team, the Inside Sales Associate will be an essential point of contact for our customers. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, processing orders, designing kits, and providing technical support. Your expertise in automated lubrication systems will be invaluable in troubleshooting issues and proposing effective solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary contact for existing dealers, providing quotes and entering sales orders in our ERP system.
- Confirm delivery details with customers and keep them updated on order status.
- Assist in preparing kit costs and margin calculations for resale.

**Technical Support**:

- Provide first-level technical support for customers and Lubecore Customer Service Technicians (CSTs).
- Troubleshoot lubrication system issues and communicate solutions effectively.

**Kit Design & System Customization**:

- Design systems and develop technical drawings, including wiring diagrams and grease delivery layouts.
- Customize kits based on customer feedback and technical requirements.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Quick and firm quote turnaround times.
- Order entry and confirmation deadlines.
- Timeliness in shipping confirmations and follow-ups.
- Accuracy in kit design and technical documentation.

**Job Requirements**:

- Knowledge of installation and maintenance procedures of automated lubrication systems.
- Experience with ERP Order Entry systems and a strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office.
- Excellent multitasking, planning, and goal-setting skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in kit design is preferred.
- Must be self-motivated and accountable.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Ability to work on a computer for extended periods (up to 8 hours a day).
- Willingness to work necessary hours, including holidays or weekends, to meet project deadlines.
