What You'll Do
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction
  • Lead, mentor, and support the management and hourly teams to uphold company standards
  • Collaborate with the Chef and General Manager on service execution, menu development, and team performance
  • Manage scheduling, labour targets, and operational efficiency
  • Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members
  • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and company policies
  • Collaborate with hotel management to ensure alignment
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a restaurant leadership role
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, teamwork, and guest experience
  • Knowledge of restaurant systems such as Push, OpenTable, and Navi is an asset
