About the Role
We are looking for a Strategic Sales Development Representative located in the Canada to identify potential customers in the United States/Canada. Sales Development Reps will directly impact the overall growth of the company by finding new customers, surfacing learnings from sales conversations, and testing new data sources and sales processes. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting, qualifying, and booking meetings to close the deal.
Responsibilities (You'll be working on things like):
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients via phone and Zoom.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and quotas by creating and managing your pipeline.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to share insights and strategies.
- Utilize HubSpot tools to track and manage client interactions maintaining current notes, meeting logs, and records.
- Engage in continuous learning to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
- Strong Client Facing Activities: EST Working Hours
Experience/Qualifications

- Minimum 1 - 2 years of B2B in a cold calling outbound sales/business development role with a proven track record.
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favourable terms in client contracts.
- Experience in working with international teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth in sales.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage and grow client accounts.
- Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities through HubSpot.
- Proficient in CRM tools like HubSpot for managing client relationships.
- Adaptability to remote work environments and self-motivation to achieve targets.
- Excellent English Communication Skills: Speaking/Writing/Reading
- At a level that you can communicate with U.S. business executives, cultivate strong relationships with them from first contact until the close of the deal.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience at a Marketing Agency in digital marketing or advertising sales
- Working with North American clients
- Google Suite experience
