We are seeking a Remote Junior Sales Associate who will work closely with clients and team members to deliver excellent service while explaining permanent benefits available to them through labor unions, credit unions, and/or associations. The ideal candidate values teamwork, communication, and professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients via Zoom and phone calls to explain our permanent products and benefitsWork collaboratively with team members to meet shared performance goalsAnswer questions, resolve concerns, and provide ongoing supportKeep documentation and client files up to date to meet the company's standardsParticipate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improvement Requirements: Legally authorized to work in the United States.1+ years of customer support, admin, or sales experience preferred (No prior sales experience required as training will be provided)Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in using Zoom, completing forms with accuracy, and ensuring timely documentationOrganized, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Team-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
