As we continue to expand, we are seeking energetic and motivated Junior Sales Associates to join our growing team

**Role Overview**:
As a B2B Junior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and presenting, to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction. With full training provided and a strong brand portfolio behind you, you'll have everything you need to succeed and grow into a leadership role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospect, engage, and qualify potential B2B clients
- Conduct meetings (virtual and/or in-person) to present solutions tailored to business needs
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, solution presentation, closing, and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
- Meet and exceed weekly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Work closely with management and take advantage of ongoing training and mentorship

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but **not required**:

- Must be comfortable with commission-only compensation structure
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
