As a Junior Sales Associate, you will be working with a diverse portfolio of high-value properties in closing and creating real estate deals. You will play a crucial role in shaping and maintaining the trusting reputation we have created.
- Reach out to leads and maintain communication with them throughout the sales process. Meet client needs, solve problems, and make sure customers are satisfied.
- Engage in ongoing mentorship and sales training to improve your techniques and knowledge in this industry.
- Carry out full sales deals that match company aims. Set sales goals, and make action plans to reach revenue targets.
- Achieve performance targets, engage in coaching and training, and ensure you are in a constant state of personal development.
- Use revenue boosting methods to increase sales, get new clients, and keep more customers. Be adaptable to ensure you hit revenue goals.
- Study market trends, customer needs, and the competitive scene. Use insights to make choices based on data and change sales tactics as needed.
**Requirements**:
- At least 1 year in sales. Able to show proof of successfully closed deals.
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written. Able to share ideas and connect well with clients, key people, and team members.
- Solid negotiating and people skills.
- Dedicated to giving top-notch service to customers and getting what they need.
- Hands-on with CRM systems and sales tools. Must be able to clearly organize and manage your deals within our systems in a detailed fashion.
- Great at breaking down problems and finding solutions. Can keep track of sales figures, make sense of them, and come up with smart plans for success.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
