Junior Sales Associate Calgary, AB

Infracon Construction Inc.

Salary: $70,000- $90,000

Infracon is hiring a Junior Sales Associate to join our Calgary office. You'll help grow our business across Western Canada by driving outreach and supporting our senior sales team.

What you'll do:

  • Make outbound calls and connect with new potential clients.
  • Set up meetings and keep communication flowing.
  • Help prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Keep our CRM clean and up to date.
  • Assist with email campaigns and follow-ups.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Support the team with general admin and reporting.

What were looking for:

  • 13 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Diploma or degree in business or marketing is an asset.
