8844 Auto Sales is looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our fast-paced dealership team in Calgary. We specialize in helping clients from all walks of life get into the right vehicle—whether they have perfect credit or are rebuilding. This isn’t just about selling cars—it’s about changing lives through reliable transportation and great service.

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our dealership—connecting with clients, learning their needs, and matching them with vehicles that truly fit their lifestyle. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with walk-in and online clients in a friendly, professional, and energetic way
- Understand clients’ vehicle needs, budgets, and credit situations to help them make confident buying decisions
- Present vehicles effectively and explain financing options clearly
- Follow up consistently with leads, calls, and appointments to drive results
- Maintain accurate paperwork and assist with the sales process from test drive to delivery
- Keep the lot and showroom organized, clean, and presentation-ready
- Collaborate with finance and management teams to ensure a seamless buying experience
- Stay sharp by keeping up with inventory, financing programs, and industry trends

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage time effectively in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
- Motivated, coachable, and ready to work hard and grow fast
- Flexible schedule (weekends and evenings may be required)
- Valid driver’s license required

Pay: Up to $15,000.00 per month

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Work days:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
