**Responsibilities**:

- Administration duties:_
- Answering the phone and transferring the call to the appropriate staff member
- Learning our POS software to input all accounting information into the system
- Taking payments for sales and deliveries
- Keeping all paperwork and documentation organized
- General office bookkeeping
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable support
- Customer service representative:_
- Taking service calls from clients and responding by providing information, problem solving, or escalating the matter as appropriate
- Ordering replacement products or parts
- Following Vendor chargebacks and service credits

**Job Requirements**:

- College Diploma in business/accounting or accounting experience preferred
- General Accounting knowledge and experience preferred
- Professional with strong communication skills
- Excellent Office 365 knowledge
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow company procedures
