**Customer Service Representative / Assistant Office Supervisor**

**Job description**

The Niagara franchise is looking for the right person to join and lead our office team.

This is a busy, fast-paced position at the heart of our company. This position reports to the Office Manager and does involve interaction with customers and the provision of customer service and solutions for customers and prospective customers as well as other duties such as assisting with the administration of customer payments and account receivables.

- Comfortable and proficient in communicating with staff and customers
- Comfortable leading and directing a team to complete daily and weekly tasks
- Computer literate
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Leadership and Team building skills

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

- Scheduling appointments and entering them into the computer software
- Handling customer issues and inquiries in line with company policy
- Communicating with field staff (notifying of new appointments)
- Updating information in database.
- Before closing at night, make sure the schedule is reconciled and all appointments on all field staff are shown at the end of shift.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Monitoring work tasks among team members
- Participating in completion of office tasks
- Aid with customer inquiries, issues and complaints.
- Aid and participate in Accounts Receivable process
- Aid and participate in customer payment and deposit process
- All other duties as required from time to time to ensure the smooth operation of the administration team.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Part-Time

Pay: $21 per hour
