**About Us**:
Airdrie Oral Surgery is an oral and maxillofacial surgical facility dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Clinic Manager to join our team and help us continue to provide excellent care to our community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management.
- Oversee patient flow and ensure an optimal patient experience from check-in to check-out.
- Coordinate with medical professionals and administrative staff to maintain a high standard of care and service.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and reporting.
- Implement and maintain clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide leadership and training to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Resolve patient concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure that all equipment and facilities are properly maintained and up to date.
- Assist with marketing and community outreach efforts to promote the clinic’s services.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in dental practice management or a clinical setting is highly recommended.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams in a clinical or healthcare setting, with strong supervisory and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Curve Hero and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of dental insurance, billing practices, and regulatory requirements.
