**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Welcoming customers** with a positive, professional attitude—you're the first point of contact
- **Providing expert guidance** and keeping customers informed through every stage of their equipment service.
- **Helping customers get back to business** quickly by ensuring their service needs are addressed efficiently.
- **Building relationships** and contributing to a strong, service-focused team.
- **Creating detailed work orders** and accurately processing invoices and payments.
- **Collaborating with technicians** to ensure all service details are clear and up to Kooy’s high standards.
- **Supporting the team**, including working Saturday mornings as needed.
