We’re looking for an **Automotive Service Advisor** who is passionate about both cars and people. This role is the bridge between our technicians and our customers, making sure every client feels supported and every vehicle gets the attention it deserves.

**What You’ll Do**
- Greet and support customers with professionalism and care.
- Translate customer concerns into accurate repair orders for our technicians.
- Communicate clearly between the shop and the customer throughout the service process.
- Recommend services and repairs with integrity, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Keep things organized and running smoothly at the front desk.

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Automotive experience is a must** (technicians, parts advisors, or prior service advisor roles).
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational ability.
- Strong computer skills & proficient typer
- A customer-first mindset—someone who genuinely cares about helping people.

**Location**: 36 Densley Ave, North York, ON
