We are seeking a Maximo Advisor to support and enhance our Asset and Work Management Systems, with a main focus on IBM Maximo/MAS 9. This role requires a blend of business analysis and technical expertise, supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of assets and work processes. Read on to know more

**Note: Internally this role is referred to as Advisor TIS Application Services**

**What You Will Do**:

- Work closely with business units to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into functional and technical solutions.
- Support integration between Maximo and other enterprise systems such as Oracle ERP (Finance and Supply Chain) and Copperleaf.
- Design, test, and deploy system enhancements and new features in line with operational needs.
- Provide second
- and third-level support for Maximo and related systems, including field mobility platforms.
- Lead or participate in projects related to system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Develop documentation, training materials, and conduct training sessions for end users and support teams.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure high system availability and performance.

**Who You Are**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in IT support, systems analysis, or business analysis.
- Exposure to Maximo or other asset management tools.
- Basic understanding of asset/work management concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Preferred**:

- Knowledge of field mobility platforms (e.g., Maximo Mobile, Salesforce Field Services).
- Exposure to Oracle ERP (Finance/Supply Chain) or Copperleaf.
- Experience with SAP Work Manager and/or Plant Maintenance.
- Familiarity with SQL or reporting tools (e.g., BIRT).
- ITIL awareness or certification.
