City Buick Chevrolet Cadillac GMC is currently looking for a** **Service Advisor to join their team in North York. The Service Advisor works closely with both the technician and customer when determining repair recommendations and solutions. The Service Advisor greets customers, listens to their service needs, determines the type of service required, and prepares repair orders. The Service Advisor will also advise customers on other available services, book appointments, and build lasting relationships within the community.

City Buick Chevrolet Cadillac GMC has been serving the Greater Toronto Area, including North York, East York, and Scarborough from their location of 1900 Victoria Park Avenue, continuing to offer their customers exceptional service. Instead, they help you find and fix your ideal vehicle by listening to customer wants and needs.

**Job Duties**:

- Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Dealing with customer’s inquiries and concerns.
- Follow up with the progress of each repair order during the day.
- Handle telephone inquiries regarding work in process and appointments.
- Additional duties as assigned.
