As our Head Chef, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of all culinary operations, leading the kitchen team in delivering high-quality, seasonally inspired. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Head Chef will oversee food planning and preparation, team management, cost control, menu development, and kitchen administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Lead and mentor all kitchen staff, stewarding, purchasing, and receiving teams
- Oversee inventory, food and labor cost management
- Develop seasonal and event-based menus with a creativity
- Set up and stock cooking stations, ensuring readiness for each shift
- Prepare and cook dishes following recipes and presentation guidelines
- Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations
- Perform temperature and prep quality checks
- Direct new hire training and ongoing skill development
- Coordinate and execute meals for restaurant service, events, and banquets
- Liaise with front-of-house and events teams to ensure seamless service
- Take charge of ordering, inventory control, staff scheduling, food costing, and

kitchen documentation
- Represent the brand proudly at off-site events when required
- Ensure all opening and closing duties are completed to an exceptional standard

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience creating, costing, and executing seasonal menus
- Food Safe Certification (required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Keen understanding of food cost control and sustainable kitchen practices
- Flexible availability — mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays
