- Take customer information and book appointments.
- Basic customer service tasks.
- Working with Foreman and Electricians on scheduling and dispatching.
- Inventory management, purchasing and PO creation.
- General paper working and day to day tasks.
- Some AR and AP responsibilities.
**Qualifications and Abilities**
- Two years of similar Admin experience.
- Exceptional customer-service skills with strong abilities in verbal and written.
- Must be organized and detail orientated.
- Experience with Excel.
- Experience with work order or dispatching software would be an asset.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
