Office Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accounts Payable: This position is the primary accounts payable clerk with responsibilities including receiving bills, coordinating approvals, maintaining vendor relationships, and sending remittances.
- Accounts Receivable: Assist the team in sending account statements to customers and collection of outstanding invoices, recording payment remittances.
- Invoicing: Assist the service team by creating and distributing invoices.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, both electronic and physical, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Financial Administration: Assist with basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts.
- Special Projects: Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management, which may involve research, analysis, and coordination with various stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
- Post Secondary Education in Accounting, Finance, or related field and/or two years of bookkeeping or office administration experience.
- Knowledge of Accounting software QuickBooks preferred.
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy in record keeping and data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and situations.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $44,000.00-$49,000.00 per year
