**OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR**
We are looking for a knowledgeable and eager Office Administrator who is able to adapt quickly and deal in a polite and professional manner with other team members, clients, and consultants.
**SUMMARY OF DUTIES**
- Interact with clients, municipal staff, and various stakeholders on a variety of projects;
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office;
- Assist Planning Staff with report templates, mapping templates and other documents as requested;
- Manage phone calls, schedule meetings, and support visitors in a polite and professional manner;
- Creating, modifying, and keeping records of sensitive and confidential information;
- Creating marketing materials on social media (photos, videos, posting on multiple platforms);
- Maintain and update company website;
- Input new real estate listings, and coordinate photography and measurements;
- Prepare and send invoices, maintain client databases, track accounts, and assist with copy and distributing internal documents;
- Undertake special projects and other duties as assigned.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- College diploma or equivalent;
- Administrative experience 2-3 years considered an asset;
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills;
- Adequate documentation and record keeping skills;
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Suite;

We also provide expertise in land appraisals, purchase, and sale of residential, commercial, and industrial transactions. In addition, we provide strategic advice on proposals, manage consultation, and assess impact to ensure a successful outcome for all projects.
The Angrish Group has provided professional planning, land use consultation, and project management services to a wide variety of public and private sector clientele throughout South-Western Ontario since 2020. Our firm is widely recognized for taking a creative and respectful approach to guiding projects through the public review and entitlement process.
In addition to the expertise provided by our own staff, we have an excellent working relationship with dozens of public sector employees and an extensive network of professionals in the fields of engineering, surveying, architecture, landscape architecture, and environmental consultation.
