**Job Overview**

**Duties**:

- Manage phone systems and direct calls to appropriate personnel
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize PowerChurch software for financial record-keeping
- Update the church website content as may be required (training will be provided)
- Prepare meeting agendas and transcribe meeting minutes from an audio file for distribution to the Church Board
- Demonstrate proper phone etiquette when interacting with clients and staff
- Distribute announcements to congregants via on-line software (training will be provided)
- Update and maintain church’s social media accounts
- General bookkeeping

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in administrative tasks
- Strong data entry skills
- Familiarity with MS Office and general financial software
- Able to work independently, managing an office with mínimal direction and supervision
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- As a condition of hiring, must provide an acceptable vulnerable sector police report

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Work Location: In person
