**Runway Health** is a health clinic which provides the following services:

- _Compression Socks_
We require an additional clinic administrator to help with front desk duties.
Roles of the clinic administrator will include the following:
- Greeting and welcoming patients, and to attend to their inquiries and offer assistance regarding treatments, products, and/or scheduling.
- Efficiently managing and scheduling patient appointments.
- Following up with patients, including calling new patients for appointment confirmation, or reaching out to patients who haven’t rebooked according to treatment plan.
- Direct billing patient’s extended insurance by using third-party billing platforms, invoicing and processing payment.
- Scanning and uploading various documents to maintain proper records of patient files for easy access.
- Ensuring the smooth flow of the clinic’s daily schedule and maintaining proper order for the best consumer experience.
- Previous office and administrative experience is highly preferred.
Full training will be provided. We provide an energetic work environment, and we believe in building a high-quality culture of the clinic and are looking for someone motivated and willing to learn.
