Are you an energized **Administrative/Executive Assistant**who can communicate professionally and enjoy teaming with colleagues while striving to understand and anticipate business needs to exceed expectations?

We are looking for a dedicated professional to be a part of the supportive force that empowers our **Enbridge Leadership Team**. The successful applicant should be a proactive problem solver with superb communication skills, meticulous attention to detail and experience providing support for multiple leaders.

Internally this role is known as Administrative Assistant III.

**What will you do**:

- Work closely with our Integrity & Risk leadership team including three (3) Directors and one (1) Manager in providing administrative support.
- Monitor and assist with Outlook, including handling calendars, scheduling meetings and proactively addressing any conflicts.
- Complete monthly expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely submission.
- Book travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, transportation and itineraries as required.
- Lead all aspects of end-of-the-end event planning including both in-person and virtual.
- Maintain strong professional relationships and serve as a key contact for internal and external partners.
- Assist with special projects, data gathering, report preparation, and general administrative tasks to ensure meeting readiness.
- Provide support with managing agenda for leadership meetings, and coordinate communications and internal and external events in conjunction with Public Affairs.
- Handle internal communications with the team.
- Manage correspondence, filing, various assignments and general administrative duties as required.

**Who You Are**
- Post-secondary graduate in related program and/or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum 3 years of directly related experience.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, proven work ethic, attention to detail, flexibility with outstanding follow-through and follow-up.
- Ability to think one step ahead, set priorities, organize workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent judgment, exemplary interpersonal skills; respectful of proper corporate protocols and ability to deal with confidential material in a professional manner.
- High level of initiative/self-direction, with the capability to perform well under pressure while working independently and in a team environment.
- Strong skills for numbers are an asset.
- Event planning and coordination experience is highly desired.

**Working Conditions**

This role typically operates in an office setting with occasional travel between Enbridge Gas offices.
