**OPPORTUNITY DESCRIPTION**

Napier Outdoors is seeking a full time Office & HR Manager to join our growing team.

The new teammate will be the glue that keeps the office running efficiently, providing a helping hand in our busy office by lightening the team’s workload and helping our crew and office run more smoothly. You will search the market to hire the perfect team members to add to our small but mighty workforce, while keeping the current team well-coordinated, well-equipped and overall jolly.

**WHAT YOU GET TO DO**

**Department Support (40%)**:Provide cross-functional support to various departments during peak seasons and teammate absences. Responsibilities include:

- Logistic: Assist with order processing, prepare shipping documents, investigate inventory discrepancies, and process RMA claims.
- Marketing: Support content creation for social media, write blog posts, and assist with event sponsorship programs.
- Sales: Provide administrative support as needed to assist sales operations.
- Accounting: Process invoices & payments

**Human Resources (40%)**: Manage core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, evaluations, terminations, and organizational development.
- Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new team members. Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to effectively onboard new employee incorporating tools such as training videos and onboarding software
- Culture & Development: Foster an inclusive culture, implement retention and recognition programs, support learning and development, and manage internal communication
- Evaluations & Terminations: Coordinate performance reviews, assist with performance management, and handle terminations professionally and compliantly.
- Policy: Streamline and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with employment standards; regularly review and update policies to reflect changes
- Health & Safety: Manage and audit all health and safety programs and systems ensuring safety compliance

**Office Support & Maintenance (20%)**
- Maintain the IT infrastructure including software and equipment needs and issue resolution
- Coordinate all office activities, maintain office supplies and equipment
- Prepare detailed monthly reports including department result reports, return and warranty trending, customer and product analysis reports, etc.
- Implement and maintain company policy and procedures to ensure all departments run efficiently
- Project support: Assist in managing projects by communicating plans, timelines, and deliverables; provide direction, track progress, and ensure team alignment and performance.

**What you need**

We are looking for a self-starter and ultimate multi-tasker with real world experience in recruitment, team development and project coordination.
- 5+ years of management or HR experience
- University Degree/College Diploma in HR, Business, or related field
- Positive, outgoing, creative and willing to go the extra mile to ensure company success
- Critical thinker, analytical mindset with the ability to efficiently strategize in a fast-paced environment
