**Job Title**: Front Desk Administrator - Multidisciplinary Rehab Clinic
**Location**: Toronto, ON

**Job Type**: Permanent | Part-Time (30-35 hours/week)

We are seeking a dependable and motivated **Front Desk Administrator** to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy clinical setting and enjoys helping others. You will play a key role in managing front office operations and supporting our team of healthcare professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients and maintain a friendly, professional front desk environment
- Use Jane App for bookings, billing, and patient management (experience with Jane App is an asset)
- Manage WSIB and extended health care (EHC) billings
- Support basic physiotherapy/chiropractic procedures as needed
- Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization
- Assist the Office Manager with administrative tasks/MVA billings
- Follow up with patients for outstanding balances and appointment reminder

**Qualifications**:

- **Previous experience** in a **physiotherapy, chiropractic, or multidisciplinary clinic** (required)
- Experience with **Jane App** or similar software (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, organized, and professional demeanor
- Interest in personal and professional growth

Schedule
- **Monday**: 9:30 a.m. - 7:30 p.m.
- **Tuesday to Thursday**: 1:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
- **Saturday**: 9:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
