North Shore Sports Medicine is seeking a Patient Experience Coordinator who will be responsible for ensuring that our Brooksbank and Deep Cove clinics are running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

This role reports to the General Manager and the Patient Experience Team Leader.

**What You'll Do**:
Clinic Operations
- Connect with patients; coordinate treatments and be a patient’s guide to healthcare. Project a friendly and enthusiastic demeanour when assisting patients with billings, health-related questions, and treatment coordination.
- Responsibilities include booking appointments, billing insurance, coordinating injury claim coverage, preparing patient rooms, taking calls, engaging with patients to make them feel welcome, and completing administrative tasks for practitioners.
- Adhere to procedures, checklists, and communication protocols to create consistency and drive best practices between coordinators.

- 1+ year(s) of experience working in customer service, retail or hospitality
- Exemplary customer service delivery
- Natural problem solver with exceptional communication skills
- Efficient, resourceful, and adaptable
- Passionate about helping grow and develop a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

All individuals entering the clinic are required to wear a mask. Staff are required to follow COVID-19 safety & cleaning protocols. Patients are required to complete a wellness screening prior to their appointment. Full COVID-19 vaccination is required.

- North Vancouver, BC V7J 2C1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
