Nulantic Water Inc. is an independent and exclusive manufacturer’s representative for several world-leading companies supplying equipment to towns, municipalities, aquaculture, and industries that need process treatment, disinfection and/or analytical instrumentation in the water and wastewater industry throughout Atlantic Canada.

**MAIN Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, suppliers, and business associates by responding to requests for information.
- Data entry into contact relationship management system (CRM) for digital records of contracts, update contact information, and set up (physical) contract files.
- Update digital pricing in software systems to support Sales Team
- Provide key metrics for tracking open opportunities and following up on status with team and customers.
- Generate critical inventory reports from our software bi-weekly to assist with inventory management.
- Issuing purchase orders to vendors and tracking acknowledgements and delivery schedules
- Help facilitate digital marketing goals and interface with our Marketing Contractor
- Generate and maintain consistent business processes/procedures by working with the Team members to document or update.
- Manage the office environment by keeping the work area organized and appropriately stocked.
- Scheduling IT support for hardware and software troubleshooting, as required.
- Look for and recommend changes to close gaps and improve efficiencies within the organization to service clients better

**Other duties**:

- Provide administrative support for all team members by filling in details and entering/cross checking electronic/paper files and associated documents to ensure all data from each contract is properly documented through the complete sales cycle.
- Maintain information in client database (Sales Force) by entering and checking data such as contacts, project leads, product pricing, report generation, service, and warranty tracking; maintain sales information by documenting the sales processed; monitor and record contract progression by tracking schedules.
- Maintain revenue, expense, and inventory records by entering data into accounting software (QuickBooks); update electronic pricing changes by doing data entry.
- Records management by reviewing and documenting the electronic and paper filing systems, filing paper files, auditing/evaluating, and adjusting paper and electronic system as required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES**
- Diploma in Office Administration from a recognized educational institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Sharepoint) preferred.
- Experience in QuickBooks; or equivalent accounting software is an asset
- Experience in client contact management (CRM) systems; Salesforce specifically is considered an asset.
- Must have reliable weekday transportation to our office in Lower Sackville

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
