This position is an in-office role, reporting to the Operations Manager. The Office and Human Resource Administrator will support all office operations, work closely with the Operations Manager on employee recruitment and client maintenance, manage new team members' and clients onboarding, and support the development and implementation of Corporate and HR policies, procedures, systems and programs.

**Office Administrator and Scheduler Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the daily opening and closing of the office, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for Goldstar, consistently delivering the highest level of customer service.
- Oversee client services, addressing client questions and requests, and maintaining the highest levels of customer service across the company.
- Coordinate and administer a team of VAs and contractors.
- Manage company communications and channels, answer phones, and redirect calls and messages to departments/team members.
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures and processes, maintaining and adhering to industry standards certification and identifying continuous improvements.
- Manage company filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Scheduling of appointments and meetings -both internal and external.
- Coordinate Client Onboarding and Exit Processes
- Oversee company equipment and assets maintenance, including computer hardware/software, vehicles and work facilities.
- Maintain supplies and inventory onsite records, shipping and receiving.
- Coordinate year-end requirements, including annual inventory
- Identify process improvement to increase productivity, using technology wherever possible.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
- Support project planning and resource allocation through forecasting, scheduling and reporting

**Human Resource Administrator Responsibilities**
- Coordinating new employee recruitment and selection; creating job postings, applicant screening and communications, maintaining files, preparing documents and supporting the interview process.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and exiting processes, including completing all company and government documents.
- Administer Weekly Employee Scheduling Shift Management and communications.
- Maintain Payroll records and performance reviews.
- Cultivating people, culture and connection through planned team education sessions and events.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure occupational health, safety and well-being programs are created and maintained.
- Oversee the Learning Management System and maintain updated online training programs.
- Adhere to all government employment standards, acts and regulations.
- Support the preparation of end-of-year performance summaries.

**About you**:

- 3+ years’ experience working in a professional office environment.
- Proven experience managing all aspects of human resources activities.
- Motivated self-starter, proactive, and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Problem-solver, process-orientated, and skilled at identifying operational efficiencies.
- Superior organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Able to manage several tasks simultaneously, meeting deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service centric and adept at handling conflict resolution.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to exercise tact, diplomacy, and professionalism in dealing with others. Holding safe, confidential, or sensitive information.

**Salary**: $38,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
