- Assist physiotherapists by preparing treatment rooms as needed.
- Verify insurance eligibility and patient benefits to facilitate accurate reimbursement and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Help maintain a high level of client satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
- **Manage and update the clinic's social media presence**, contributing to marketing efforts and promoting clinic services to engage with the community and current patients.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Strong proficiency in English (both oral and written); French language skills are an asset.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with physicians, therapists, and patients.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to meeting the needs of both therapists and patients.
- Experience or interest in social media management and marketing to support clinic outreach and digital engagement initiatives.
