Administrative Assistant

**Tasks/Responsibilities**:
- Providing high level client support, such as answering client inquiries and solving client issues
- Booking meetings and maintaining relationships with clients
- Requires the ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
- Order/Trade Ticket Processing
- Data Entry
- Filing and record keeping
- General office maintenance
- Lead generation and prospecting
- Other administrative tasks as required by the Financial Advisors
**Skills/Requirements**:
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to make pro-active and effective decisions
- Strong communication skills
- High regard for confidentiality
- Strong knowledge in Personal Finance is an asset (RRSP, RESP etc.)
- CSC or IFIC is an Asset.
- Previous experience as an advisor assistant is an asset
- Applicants need to be fast learners and highly detail orientated
Part-time hours: 24-30 per week
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
