About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will help with daily office tasks, support management, and ensure smooth operations.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Prepare and organize documents
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Manage Social Media accounts
- Create posts, reel, and story on Instagram and Facebook
- Provide general administrative support to the team
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Previous administrative experience is an asset
- Proficient in MEP AudoCAD and Revit is a Bonus
