**Position Summary**
As the Executive Head Chef, you will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu development, team management, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the culinary identity of Greenhills Country Club while ensuring a premium dining experience for our members.
**Salary**:Starting at $75,000/year (based on qualifications and experience).
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design and execute creative, seasonal menus that cater to diverse tastes and dietary requirements.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a skilled kitchen team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Manage food costs, budgets, and inventory to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with the management team on event planning, special menus, and member feedback.
- Stay current with culinary trends and integrate them into offerings to enhance member satisfaction.
**Qualifications**
- 2-5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume, upscale dining environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Expertise in menu development, cost control, and team training.
- Passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
