While your primary responsibility will be helping our clients and patients at reception, there will also be opportunities to assist our team with back-of-clinic support. This makes the role ideal for someone who is interested in supporting our team with hands-on veterinary care, while also being a welcoming face in reception.

**Responsibilities**
- Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism.
- Process invoices and payments while maintaining accurate client records.
- Support technicians and veterinarians with administrative or assistant tasks when needed.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized clinic environment.

**Experience**
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Education: _Minimum_ of High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting is required.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and knowledge of veterinary software systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of tech assistant procedures is a plus.

- **Starting Pay**: $18/hr, adjusted based on experience.
