In the position of Bodyshop Customer Service Representative reporting to the Bodyshop Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for greeting our customers and assisting them with their vehicle needs.
You will be accountable for:
- Greeting customers and offering excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles.
- Answering phone calls and assisting walk-up customers.
- Performing various clerical and administrative duties as requested.
- Communicating with inquirers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and effective manner.
- Invoicing and collecting payment from customers for services rendered.
- Updating insurance companies with the progress of claim repairs.
- Arranging car rentals for customers through rental companies.
- Other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- The ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions in written, verbal, or diagram form.
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
- The ability to maintain filing systems and basic database systems.
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
