**Purpose and Scope**

The Leasing Agent plays a pivotal role in marketing, leasing, and ensuring lease renewals for the property. By collaborating with the site management team, this role focuses on creating an exceptional customer experience for new and renewing tenants. Key responsibilities include responding to lease inquiries, conducting showings of the property for potential tenants, following up renewals, and executing lease paperwork.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Marketing & Advertising**
- Manage online advertisements across multiple platforms, ensuring maximum visibility for the property.
- Assist with tenant events, promotions, and social media postings to enhance community engagement.
- Assist with marketing strategies to generate rental leads and attract prospective residents.
- Monitor the local rental market, including rates, incentives, and competitor strategies, to maintain competitive advantage.

**Customer Care**
- Conduct on-site showings to showcase rental units to prospective residents.
- Schedule and coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including walkthroughs, inspections, and orientation tours.
- Foster positive relationships with residents by addressing concerns and ensuring exceptional tenant care throughout their residency.
- Provide relief support to other site management team members as required.

**Operational Support**
- Manage reports and statistics to track the effectiveness of leasing activities.
- Stay informed on the readiness of vacant units by collaborating with the site team.

Coordinate lease renewal activities to maintain high occupancy levels

The Leasing Agent is one of the most important Tenant-facing roles at the property, as you will be creating the first impression that each Tenant has of the property. Initiative, creativity, and a relentless focus on the quality of the ongoing customer experience are key responsibilities.
