McCOR Management is one of the largest privately-owned real estate development and property management companies in Canada and we are looking to add to our growing team.

**Purpose and Scope**:
To be successful you will need to balance the leasing expectations of the property owner with the needs of the residents and achieve occupancy and rental goals. You will preserve favorable relations with prospective and approved residents, contribute to a positive office dynamic, and image of the company in your activities. Top applicants are proficient multitaskers, organized and have strong people skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Advertise availabilities, organize and run open house style showings as well as individual appointment showings for prospective residents
- Screen prospective residents to ensure they meet eligibility requirements
- Follow up with the prospective residents regarding the results
- Inspect units and advise in-house staff and resident manager of any issues
- Complete lease signing and move in inspection process
- Ensure administration and paperwork process is executed after resident has taken occupancy
- Record and update traffic and leasing reports for review and use by the property manager and owner
- Maintain site administration office, file systems and key systems
- Liaise with head office regarding the needs of the building and residents

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer service experience
- Must provide a clean criminal record check
- Previous leasing experience would be considered an asset
- Flexible availability a must (evenings and weekends required)
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships; team player
- Effective time management, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office programs
- Must be bondable; able to pass a background security check

**Job Type**: Part-time

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
