Ironclad Properties Inc. is seeking a dedicated Leasing Agent for our Winnipeg Market to join our team who will contribute to overall success of the Leasing Department by providing a high-level experience for our potential tenants. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team environment.

**What You Will Do**:

- Demonstrate knowledge of product, features, benefits, and incentives currently being marketed to potential renters
- Book and arrange viewings of show suite
- Processing and signing of lease agreements
- Update availability report and inform Property Management Department accordingly
- Maintain show suite cleanliness
- Monitor and Maintain Building Cleanliness
- Ensure apartment is ready for resident to move-in on agreed date.
- Assist Head Office in meter readings upon occupancy of unit.
- Assist Property Management Dept. in advertising as needed and gather information about respective market
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times
- General office duties, work in conjunction with all relevant departments at head office

**You Will Bring**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role; preferably in leasing of apartments
- Minimum 3 years in a customer service role providing superior service
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong work ethic and a positive team player
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills
- Must have a class 5 driver’s license and access to vehicle to be able to commute between properties
- Provide and maintain satisfactory criminal and vulnerable sector check upon hire
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
