We are looking for an experienced **Leasing Agent** to join our Residential team. If you are a detail-oriented professional leasing representative looking for a fun, hardworking and collaborative team that supports learning and continuous improvement, we want to meet you

**Summary**:
The Leasing Agent reports directly to the Vice President, Multi-Family Property Management.

**Qualifications**:

- Valid class 5 drivers license and access to a vehicle is mandatory.
- High School Diploma, Certificate, or G.E.D. or equivalent.
- 1+ years of proven working experience as a Leasing Agent and/or a proven track record of reaching sales goals.
- Patience to understand client needs and company needs; ability to actively listen; ability to use positive language.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both oral and written with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to develop and sustain cooperative working relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to be a mature and self-motivated team player with good conflict resolution and the intention to create positive working relations.
- Committed to personal growth and integrity aligned with Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson's objectives.
- Ability to resolve problems using facts and sound reasoning.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapidly growing/changing environment with a high degree of resourcefulness, flexibility and adaptability..

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Meet with prospective renters and take them on tours of units and buildings of interest.
- Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospective tenants.
- Collect security deposits and rental payments.
- Stay knowledgeable about the property portfolio and its market status.
