OSL was established in 2012 in Mississauga, Ontario, to provide clients with customized designed sales solutions in retail, direct sales, merchandising and customer acquisition.

**About the role**:12-month contract**

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the **Payroll Coordinator** is responsible for providing organizational and administrative support within the Payroll Department, ultimately resulting in the process and procedures of internal payroll process.

**A little more about the role and responsibilities**:

- Support the processing of the bi-weekly payroll for 5000+ employees
- Respond to payroll queries and employee requests
- Manage payroll inboxes and address employees’ inquiries in a timely manner
- Processing terminations, new hires
- Assist in reconciliation, validating, assigned projects
- Work closely with HR, Recruitment, and Operations teams
- ADP and excel Reporting
- Issuing and amending ROE’s

**Required Skills**:

- Self-starter and able to work independently
- Ability to multitask
- Comfortable in a team environment and communicating with others effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- ADP WFN experience is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment as well as in groups Canadian payroll experience
- Effective problem solving, time management and inter-personal relation skills with a positive and supportive tone, attitude, and work ethic
- Highly adaptive, organized, and detailed orientated
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
