GEOX, the shoe that breathes, is always on the lookout for talented, ambitious, motivated, and dynamic individuals to become part of our team: **Job title**: Payroll Coordinator **Reports to**: HR Manager KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversee the payroll and benefits administration process from timekeeping policies, payroll & benefits procedures and best practices to disbursement of funds - Significant experience with payroll system "**_ADP - WFN_**" - Check payroll information for accuracy and ensure all relevant paperwork is in order - Process timesheets, update payroll records and answer employee questions about payments - Liaise with other departments, employees and managers to resolve escalated payroll and benefits issues - Assist with collecting new hire documents - Assist the HR Manager with various HR related and administrative duties **Education**: - College or university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting and/or a related field - Member of the Canadian Payroll Association and/or Human Resources Professionals Association is an asset **Other Requirements**: - Minimum 3 years’ work experience in a similar role preferably in the fashion & footwear industry - Significant experience with payroll systems (**_ADP -WFN_**) - Bilingual in French/English is considered an asset - Knowledge of provincial employment law and health and safety legislation - Advanced PC skills with proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel and Power Point - Communication skills; capable of clearly presenting analysis and rationale to other team members. Ability to clearly communicate with people at all levels of the business - Solid interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to be a team player; acts in an appropriate and professional manner with sensitive and confidential information **HOW TO APPLY**: wRUI79Q74E
