Overview
Position Summary
Primary responsibility is addressing all staff and craft recruiting needs for Canada and the United States supporting our maintenance and turnaround sites. Interacts with site leadership and operations management to ensure coordination of HR activities, adherence to policies and procedures as well as insuring sound HR practice within the various regions, states, and provinces.
The Recruiter will report directly to the Recruiting Manager and will work collaboratively with the HR Department and Operations Management.
Core Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for managers. Prepare and provide any supporting documentation needed for manager interviews.
- Support employer branding through social media activity, recruitment fairs and events as required or other branding/marketing activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or in a related field.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferred experience with professional/ corporate recruiting
- Highly preferred knowledge and experience recruiting in the Industrial Field Services industry
- Working knowledge of relevant Provincial legislation
- Strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Experience supporting multiple functions and business units
- Uphold ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality throughout the recruitment process is essential
- Ability to work independently - but is a team member and a team builder
- Ability to quickly establish credibility and foster relationships with peers and management
- Excellent leadership and organizational management skills
- Commitment to safety
