**About You**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various roles across the organization.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for both administrative and clinical positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs across different departments and provide guidance on market trends and best practices.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruiting activities.
- Collaborate with the senior management team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Stay informed of industry trends and adapt recruitment strategies as needed.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of roles, including administrative, internal, and clinical positions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices across multiple disciplines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Experience with BreezyHR, PayChex, Slack, Asana and Google Suite is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
