Position: Office Administrator & Accounting Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle daily office administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
- Record financial data, organize documents, and maintain files
- Assist in client communication, providing basic Mandarin and English support
- Perform other tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements:

- Fluent in Mandarin and English, with strong communication skills
- Legally eligible to work in Canada, meeting EI and CPP benefit requirements
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and a team player
- Experience in accounting entry or administrative work is preferred

Work Schedule & Compensation:

- 3 days per week, schedule to be discussed
- $25/hour
- Work location: Office near 41st Avenue, Vancouver West
- 1-month probation period, with a probationary wage of $20/hour

How to Apply:
**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 24 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
