Heritage Office Furnishings is hiring a full-time, permanent Systems Administrator to support and enhance business systems through configuration, integration, reporting, and user training. This role requires strong customer service and organizational skills, along with the ability to manage projects independently. With a positive approach to change, the Systems Administrator turns business needs into effective solutions, improving efficiency across platforms like CRM, ERP, and Microsoft 365. Responsibilities System Support & Maintenance: Assist in configuring and maintaining business platforms and IT systems, including Office 365, SharePoint, and other internal tools. Support basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. Help install and update third-party applications and integrations. Manage and track current IT equipment including hardware and company devices. User Support & Training: Provide first-level technical support to staff, resolving common issues and escalating as needed. Assist in creating user guides and documentation. Support training sessions to help employees effectively use business systems. Data & Reporting: Help build and maintain basic reports and dashboards to support team operations. Support data quality initiatives and assist with data entry and validation tasks. Process & Efficiency: Document current mapping of business processes. Participate in identifying opportunities to improve existing processes and workflows. Collaborate with team members to implement small-scale improvements in system usage and efficiency. Learning & Development: Stay up to date with current IT tools and technologies. Work closely with senior team members to gain hands-on experience and develop technical skills. Telecommunication and System Administration: Oversee and resolve issues related to Microsoft Team licenses, and coordinate with Telus for the allocation of new user phone numbers. Manage and monitor Telus cellular services, including cellphones, GPS devices, and tablets. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Microsoft Certification (PL-900 or MS-900), or related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), CRM software application and reporting 1+ years of system administrator/analyst experience, project management, CRM implementation, and computer problem-solving skills Methodical attention to detail, good interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to comfortably train individuals in the use of new technology processes. Possess a strong understanding of data structures, including the ability to migrate data from legacy systems into various business platforms. Why Join Heritage?
