Heritage Office Furnishings has an immediate opening for a full-time Warehouse Administrator to work with our Operations department.
The Warehouse Administrator supports the day-to-day operation of the warehouse by maintaining the flow of paperwork from warehouse operations to administrative team members, assisting in data entry, and accurately recording to inventory levels. The Warehouse Administrator coordinates daily picks, responds to inventory inquiries from move managers and provides information required for client billing.
**Essential Functions and Responsibilities**:
- Print pick lists for team members.
- Check that next day picks are accurate and complete.
- Ensure picks are tagged according to instructions.
- Answer incoming calls and redirect or respond accordingly.
- Perform data entry to update inventory levels, enter new inventory and update cubic counts for storage.
- Track labour hours for billing purposes.
- Provide monthly reporting on cubic storage usage and labour hours for billing.
- Track and communicate changes regarding trailer leases, moves, and off leases.
- Receive and digitize waybills, disposal receipts, courier costs etc.
- Coordinate the set up of new storage clients as well as close-out of existing clients.
- Track disposal bin usage, pick-ups, and materials types.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Provide vacation/sick coverage for operation team members as required.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of all products offered for logistics, supply, and installation
- Working knowledge of all move equipment available and required for furniture installation
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365 (specifically Excel,) Word, and Outlook
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

**Salary**: $41,600.00-$47,840.00 per year
